Parking
The events teams urge and encourage you to use public transport to and from the event as there is limited street parking in the city and/or Milsons Point and the limited spaces are predominantly metered.
Fun Run
Luna Park Car Park will be open to the general public from 7:00am on event day – accessed from Alfred Street South, turn right into Paul Street, opposite Bradfield Park, Milsons Point.
Cost $7:00/hr or a flat daily rate of $32
Timed and metered street parking is available on a first come first served basis around Bradfield Park & Milsons Point.
Walk
Parking is available and located in:
- Cathedral Street in Sydney City which could be utilized by participants.
Hours of operation 7am – 8pm: all day rate $10. - The Domain Car Park is located on St Mary's Road.
Hours of operation 9.00am – 10.00pm: all day rate $10.00
By Train
If travelling by train, Milsons Point Station is on Bradfield Park and Museum and St James Stations are in Hyde Park. There are also many bus services that run along Hyde Park, Elizabeth Street. For more information visit the transport info site on www.131500.com.au.
Bankstown Line
Saturday 4 to Monday 6 June
Trains to/from the City via Regents park will not stop at stations between Strathfield and Redfern.
Inner West Line
Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June (weekend)
Buses replace trains between Strathfield and Central. Express trains continue to operate.
Western Line
Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June (weekend)
Trains to/from Penrith will make an additional stop at Burwood.
Northern Line
Buses replace trains between Strathfield and Rhodes.
Newcastle & Central Coast Line
Trains operate via the North Shore Line, to an amended timetable.
