We are very excited to bring you the MS Walk Run + Roll again in 2021!
In recognition of our wonderful MS Community who come and either Walk, Run or Roll, our beautiful lake side course celebrates the diversity of our fantastic participants and is designed to allow everyone to take part, regardless of their mobility.
The 2021 MS Walk Run + Roll - ACT sets off from Rond Terrace and takes a scenic route around the beautiful Lake Burley Griffin past the iconic sites of Canberra!

In the instance COVID-19 restrictions require the event to be cancelled, participants will be offered three options regarding their paid registration fee.

DOGS
Dogs on leads are welcome to join you on the walk, but not on the run.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Buses travel along Constitution Avenue and down Commonwealth Avenue. For details, check the transport planner at
www.action.act.gov.au.

FOOD AND DRINKS
Coffee and a range of food options will be available at the Event Village. Water is available at the Event Village as well at each rest stop.

ACCESSIBILITY
Only the 5KM and 10KM courses are fully accessible to wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at four positions along the course. The Rond Terrace Car Park is reserved for participants with disability permits only.

The Canberra MS Walk Run + Roll sets off from Rond Terrace and takes a scenic route around the beautiful Lake Burley Griffin past the iconic sites of Canberra. Stay hydrated at our water stops along the way. Then it’s back to Rond Terrace to replenish and relax with food, music and entertainment for the whole family.
Only the 5km & 10km MS Walk Run + Roll route is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
