I am taking part in the 2019 Canberra MS Walk + Fun Run to fight MS.
Multiple sclerosis is the most common disease of the central nervous system in young adults and it strikes young people in the prime of their lives. My mum suffered from MS. Although she wasn’t diagnosed until in her 40s, we think she had been suffering from it for some time. It was another 15 years or so until she passed away. A long time to suffer and hard also on those that cared for her.
Mum donated her spine for research. But there is still no cure.
1 in 3 Australians know someone living with MS. That’s incredible.
So I’m taking on this challenge to help people living with MS get the support they need to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
Please DONATE now to support my challenge and change the lives of Australians living with multiple sclerosis.
