Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease of the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological condition in young adults, and often attacks people at the time of their lives when they are planning families and building a career.
There are over 33,300 people living with MS in Australia, and 1 in 3 of us will be directly impacted through a diagnosed family member, friend or colleague.
Multiple sclerosis is a lifelong disease for which there is no known cure...yet. This is why funding for support and services is so vital while the search for a cure continues.
Come celebrate the resilience and diversity of our amazing MS community - whether you’re moving on your feet, using a wheelchair, or pushing a pram.
Sign up solo, with a mate, bring your dog or get the team together.
No matter your style, let's move together to support Australians living with this devastating neurological condition.

TAKE PART AS A TEAM
WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Community teams are formed when friends, family or members of sporting and social groups come together to walk, run or roll for a good cause. You can create a team with anyone, for any reason, it’s completely up to you!
WITH COLLEAGUES AND CLIENTS
Workplace teams are a great way to encourage team building, promote health and wellbeing amongst staff, raise corporate visibility and brand exposure within the community, and to build close connections with clients and supporters!
For many people with MS, the symptoms are invisible.
There's been occasions where strangers have asked Rachael to get up out of a seat on a train because they perceive her as young and healthy.
“Just because you can’t see MS, you can’t judge people because you have no idea what they go through every other day. It could be a great day, but the rest of the days could be difficult. No one knows what I’m going through unless I tell them."
