2026 Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll

NO ONE SHOULD FACE MS ALONE!

Can you imagine waking up one day unable to do the everyday things you would usually take for granted? Like not being able to see properly (or at all), unable to get out of bed, walk to the phone to call someone – anyone – or live a life without pain?

All of a sudden, your world has changed.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people at a time in their lives when they are planning families and building a career. Three out of four people living with MS are women.

With your support, we can allow people living with multiple sclerosis access to vital support services, like MS Connect, MS Peer Support and MS Employment Support Programs. We’ll also be helping bring new treatments closer to reality, investing in repairing myelin damage to restore function that has been lost for people with progressive forms of the disease.

On behalf of over 37,756 Aussies living with multiple sclerosis – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Paying it forward!

Sunday 26th

Two years ago, our lives changed in a way we never saw coming — Amanda was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

The truth is, MS did change our lives, but what we didn’t expect was how it would also introduce us to a community of strength, resilience, and hope.

From the very beginning, Amanda was supported by an incredible neurologist who helped guide me through the unknown. We met fellow MS warriors who provided advice and understanding. And through MS Plus, we found not just resources, but real, meaningful support ; the kind that reminds you that you are never facing this alone!

That’s why we are taking part in the MS Plus Run, Walk & Roll.

This isn’t just a physical challenge, but it’s something much bigger. It’s a way to give back to the community that helped us find our footing again. It’s about raising awareness, supporting others who are newly diagnosed, and helping fund the services and research for treatments that make such a difference in people’s lives.

If you’re able to support us, whether by donating, or simply cheering us on — Every bit helps!

Thank you from the team: No Brainer, It’s The Trainors
