The 2020 Canberra MS Walk Run + Roll is now virtual! Given the recent requirements to cancel mass participation events, the Sydney event has been converted into the MS Virtual Walk Run + Roll. So get moving wherever you are! You can walk, run or roll on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March to make a real difference for people living with multiple sclerosis.

Why I'm Walking

I was diagnosed with MS in May 2018.

I'm very fortunate that compared to some my symptoms can be relatively mild. However, MS has directly affected my mental health, my time, my work, my happiness and my bank balance!

I have a supportive team comprising of my GP, neurologist and psychologist, and they're soon to be joined by some more professionals to try and keep me as healthy as possible.

Unfortunately I'm not a scientist so the only way I can contribute to trying to cure this disease is to raise some money. While the amazing people making huge advances in finding a cure do their work, money raised will also help those living with this shitty disease to be as comfortable and well as possible.

Feel free to join our team, Make MS Motionless, for a fun walk or please donate if you're able to. It really will change people's lives.
