We are very excited to bring you the
MS Walk Run + Roll again in 2022!
MS Walk Run + Roll is an annual charity event to raise money to support people living with MS. The funds that you raise ensure that people living with multiple sclerosis get the vital support they need to meet their goals and live well, and ensure that no one has to face MS alone.
In recognition of our wonderful MS Community who come and either walk, run or roll, this event celebrates the diversity of our fantastic participants and encourages everyone to take part.
Our inclusive courses have been designed so everyone can get involved, whether you’re moving on your feet, using a wheelchair, or pushing a pram.

For many people with MS, the symptoms are invisible.
There's been occasions where strangers have asked Rachael to get up out of a seat on a train because they perceive her as young and healthy.
“Just because you can’t see MS, you can’t judge people because you have no idea what they go through every other day. It could be a great day, but the rest of the days could be difficult. No one knows what I’m going through unless I tell them."
Rachael Hendry
MS Ambassador

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people at the time of their lives when they are planning families and building a career.
Multiple sclerosis is a lifelong disease for which there is no known cure...yet.

TAKE PART AS A TEAM
WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Community teams are formed when friends, family or members of sporting and social groups come together to walk, run or roll for a good cause. You can create a team with anyone, for any reason, it’s completely up to you!
WITH COLLEAGUES AND CLIENTS
Workplace teams are a great way to encourage team building, promote health and wellbeing amongst staff, raise corporate visibility and brand exposure within the community, and to build close connections with clients and supporters!
