Getting to the 2020 Canberra MS Walk Run + Roll

The event starts and finishes at Rond Terrace, Parkes.

By Public Transport

There are buses that run straight down Commonwealth Avenue taking you right to the event site. For details, check the transport planner at Remember that bus services are limited on Sundays so plan your journey well ahead to avoid long wait times!

By Car

If you are travelling by car, consider carpooling or asking a friend to drop you off. This will help minimise vehicle congestion on the streets around the event.

Parking is available at Anzac Park East and West, off Constitution Avenue. Accessible parking will be reserved at the Rond Terrace car park for participants with disability permits only.

All attendees of the MS Walk Run + Roll should be aware that it is an offence under the National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014 to park a vehicle on open space in the area where the MS Walk Run + Roll is being held. Open space is any area that is not designed for the movement or parking of motor vehicles, such as grassed areas, footpaths and landscaped areas. The National Capital Authority will be enforcing parking regulations for the duration of this event, and attendees should ensure that they park legally to avoid the risk of an infringement being issued to their vehicle.

The 5km & 10km 2020 Canberra MS Walk Run + Roll course is fully accessible to wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at four positions along the course.
