2026 Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll

NO ONE SHOULD FACE MS ALONE!

Can you imagine waking up one day unable to do the everyday things you would usually take for granted? Like not being able to see properly (or at all), unable to get out of bed, walk to the phone to call someone – anyone – or live a life without pain?

All of a sudden, your world has changed.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people at a time in their lives when they are planning families and building a career. Three out of four people living with MS are women.

With your support, we can allow people living with multiple sclerosis access to vital support services, like MS Connect, MS Peer Support and MS Employment Support Programs. We’ll also be helping bring new treatments closer to reality, investing in repairing myelin damage to restore function that has been lost for people with progressive forms of the disease.

On behalf of over 37,756 Aussies living with multiple sclerosis – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Why I am raising awareness of MS

Thursday 5th Mar
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease that hits close to home for me. Three people I care deeply about are living with it every single day. Watching someone you love deal with the challenges of MS is tough, and it’s a reminder that no one should have to go through this disease.
MS affects the central nervous system and can impact mobility, energy, vision, and many parts of daily life. But behind the struggles, there is also incredible strength. The people I know who live with MS show resilience and courage every day.
That’s why raising awareness and supporting research is so important. Every single cent donated helps researchers move closer to better treatments—and ultimately, a cure. Progress happens because people care enough to contribute, share, and support the cause.
If there’s one message I’d like to share, it’s this: every little bit helps. Together we can support those living with MS today and help researchers kick MS for good.
