2026 Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll

NO ONE SHOULD FACE MS ALONE!

Can you imagine waking up one day unable to do the everyday things you would usually take for granted? Like not being able to see properly (or at all), unable to get out of bed, walk to the phone to call someone – anyone – or live a life without pain?

All of a sudden, your world has changed.

Multiple sclerosis is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and optic nerves). It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people at a time in their lives when they are planning families and building a career. Three out of four people living with MS are women.

With your support, we can allow people living with multiple sclerosis access to vital support services, like MS Connect, MS Peer Support and MS Employment Support Programs. We’ll also be helping bring new treatments closer to reality, investing in repairing myelin damage to restore function that has been lost for people with progressive forms of the disease.

On behalf of over 37,756 Aussies living with multiple sclerosis – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

My MS Story ♥️

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and life changed in ways I never expected. MS is unpredictable - some days I can walk, other days my legs feel weak or numb and I need my wheelchair. I deal with fatigue, pain, tremors, and brain fog, and simple things can suddenly become difficult. It’s a condition that constantly reminds you to slow down and listen to your body.

But MS hasn’t taken away my determination to live a full life. I’ve learned to adapt, to celebrate the good days, and to keep moving forward even when things are tough. I exercise, I stay positive, and I surround myself with people who support me. There are hard moments, but there’s also a lot of strength, laughter, and perspective that comes from living with MS.

That’s why I’m taking part in the MS Walk Run + Roll. It’s a chance to raise awareness, support research, and show that even though MS can slow me down, it won’t stop me from showing up and doing my best. Thank you for being here and supporting my team ♥️ it truly means the world. ♥️
