2026 Melbourne MS Walk Run + Roll

Staying Connected to Ordinary Life

MS is often an invisible condition, but it is also a progressive one. Much of the work involved in living with MS happens quietly, long before anyone else sees it.

For many people, staying connected to work, community, friendship, and ordinary life requires a tremendous amount of unseen effort, and the right support can make an enormous difference to a person's ability to maintain that connection and participation as the condition advances.

For many people, this also means navigating increasingly complex health, disability, and support systems while trying to remain connected to everyday life.

This is part of what makes organisations like MS Plus so important. Services like peer support, employment support, specialist advice, and support navigation can make a very real difference to a person’s ability to remain connected, supported, and participating in everyday life.

This year my team will once again be taking part in the Melbourne MS Walk, Run & Roll to help raise funds for these vital services.

Thank you so much for your support. Every donation, share, and kind word means a great deal.
